REGOLAZIONI ED INSERIMENTO BOBINA
FILM SULLA MACCHINA
• Accendere il semovente tramite la chiave di accensione.
• Portare in pressione l'impianto aria ed alzare il corpo
trapiantante tramite il tasto "WEIGHT CONTROL".
• Spegnere la macchina.
• Regolare il punto più stretto della zappetta (rif. A)
allentando i cavallotti (B) e spostarla verso l'interno
(da ambo i lati) in modo che la distanza del punto
più stretto (A) tra le zappette sia inferiore di 300
mm rispetto alla larghezza del film.
• Regolare l'altezza delle zappette agendo sulle viti
(C), portandola a 60÷100 mm più bassa del livello
dei vomeri di trapianto (D).
• Agendo sulla vite (E) spostare la ruota di tenuta la-
terale film fino a farla sormontare sul film di circa
60÷100 mm (vedi misura film).
• Regolare la zappetta posteriore (da ambo i lati) tra-
mite le viti (F), in modo che il punto più esterno (G)
fra le zappette sia 100÷150 mm più largo della lar-
ghezza del film.
• Regolare l'altezza delle zappette posteriori, agen-
do sulle viti (H) in modo che il punto più basso sia
circa 60÷80 mm più basso dei vomeri (D).
I valori delle regolazioni sono puramen-
te indicative, da verificare a seconda del
terreno e dalla necessità dell'operatore.
Le regolazioni devono essere simmetriche
destra e sinistra, pena la tensione non cor-
retta del telo e la fuoriuscita del rincalzo.

ON MACHINE
• Turn on the self-propelled machine with the start-up key.
• Take to the correct pressure the air circuit and lift
the planting unit by means of the button "WEIGHT
CONTROL".
• Turn off the machine.
• Adjust the narrowest point of the hoe (ref. A) by lo-
osening the hook bolts (B) and move it towards the
interior (from both sides) so that the distance of the
narrowest point (A) between the hoes is less than
300 mm compared to the width of the film.
• Adjust the height of the hoes by turning the screws
(C), bringing it 60÷100 mm lower than the level of
the transplanting ploughs (D).
• By turning screw (E) move the film sealing side
wheel until it surpasses the film by about 60÷100
mm (see film measurement).
• Adjust the rear hoe (from both sides) with screws
(F), so that the most external point (G) between the
hoes is 100÷150 mm wider than the width of the film.
• Adjust the height of the rear hoes, by turning screws
(H) so that the lowest point is about 60÷80 mm lo-
wer than the ploughs (D).
The values of the adjustments are pu-
rely indicative, to be checked based on
the soil and the operator's needs.
The adjustments must be symmetrical
on the right and on the left, in order to
prevent the incorrect film tensioning and
the incorrect film side pressure.
