1. Pump is connected to the wrong power supply
2. Three-phase power supply is unsymmetrically loaded by
unevenly connected single-phase consumers.
404 Pump blocked.
Additional information about causes and remedy:
In addition to deposits and foreign bodies in the system, the pump shaft can also be tilted and
blocked by heavy bearing wear.
405 Electronic module too hot.

Adhere to permissible installation position and minimum distance from insulation and system
components to ensure sufficient ventilation.
406 Motor too hot.

Adhere to permissible installation position and minimum distance from insulation and system
components to ensure sufficient ventilation.
407 Connection between motor
and module interrupted.

Dismantle the electronic module to check the contacts between module and motor.
408 There is flow through the
pump in the opposite direction
of flow.

If flow passing through pump in the opposite direction is too strong, the motor can no longer
start.

fluid temperature.
Ensure motor cooling with unob-
structed air circulation.
Check the motor module connec-
tion.
Check power control of the
pumps,
install swing check valve if
needed.
Software update with a new soft-
ware bundle is required.
