raccomanda che siano utilizzati
solo motori originali, provvisti
di anelli di tenuta per l'olio.
I variatori V 0.25 e V 0.5 vengo-
no forniti completi di olio lubrifi-
cante "long life" sintetico SHELL
SPIRAX S4 ATF HDX. Eventua-
li sostituzioni o rabbocchi do-
vranno essere effettuati utiliz-
zando lo stesso tipo di prodotto.
I variatori V 1...V 10 vengono forni-
ti completi di olio lubrificante mine-
rale SHELL SPIRAX S2 ATF AX.
Eventuali sostituzioni o rabbocchi
potranno essere effettuati utiliz-
zando lubrificanti compatibili.
Riduzione R lubrificata "a vita"
con grasso SHELL GADUS S5
V142W 00.
Tutti i variatori sono forniti con
carica di lubrificante, ad ecce-
zione dei tipi VD_P(IEC).
Il tappo di sfiato, fornito a corre-
do, va posizionato come indica-
to nelle tabelle (D04 - D05).
Non mescolare olii di
natura diversa.
Proper oil quantity is shown in
table (D04-D05) and relates to
actual mounting position.
Although speed variators can
match any IEC motors, BONFI-
GLIOLI recommends the use
of genuine motors only, com-
plete with shaft oil seals.
Variator units V 0.25 and V 0.5
are factory filled with "long life"
synthetic oil SHELL SPIRAX
S4 ATF HDX.
Use same oil when topping up
or refilling.
Variator units V 1 through V 10
are factory filled with mineral oil
SHELL SPIRAX S2 ATF AX.
Use same type of oil when top-
ping up or refilling.
Helical reduction R is grease
lubed "for life" with SHELL
GADUS S5 V142W 00.
All speed variators are factory filled
with lubricant, with the only excep-
tion of units type VD_P(IEC).
The breather plug, supplied along
with every unit, shall be located
as per the schemes (D04) and
(D05).
Do not mix synthetic oil
with mineral oil.
Tabelle (D04-D05) angegebenen
Ölmengen verwenden werden.
Die zu verwendenden Motoren
müssen einen Dichtring auf der
Seite der Welle haben und der
Flansch zur Kopplung an das
Verstellgetriebe muß öldicht sein.
Es wird empfohlen, die Ver-
stellgetriebe
mit
Differential
mit öldichten BONFIGLIOLI RI-
DUTTORI Motoren zu kaufen.
Die Verstellgetriebe V 0.25 und V
0.5 werden mit Schmieröl SHELL
SPIRAX S4 ATF HDX geliefert.
Eventuelle Ölwechsel oder Nach-
füllungen müssen unter Anwen-
dung des gleichen Produkttyps
erfolgen.
Die Verstellgetriebe V 1...V 10 wer-
den mit dem Schmieröl SHELL
SPIRAX S2 ATF AX geliefert. Ein
eventueller Wechsel oder ein etwai-
ges Auffüllen sollte unter Verwen-
dung der Schmiermittel erfolgen.
Die Vorstufe R ist mit Fett Typ
SHELL GADUS S5 V142W 00
gefüllt.
Alle Verstellgetriebe sind ab
Werk mit Öl gefüllt, außer dem
Typ VD_P(IEC).
Der Entlüftungsstopfen, der je-
dem Getriebe beiligt, muss ent-
sprechend der obige Skizze
montiert werden.
Auf keinen Fall darf syn-
thetisches Öl mit minerali-
schem gemischt werden !

remplissages.

urnis avec de l'huile lubrifiante
SHELL SPIRAX S2 ATF AX.
Utiliser le même type d'huiles
pour les éventuels vidanges ou
remplissages.

Tous les variateurs sont fournis
avec le lubrifiant, à l'exception
des les models VD_P (IEC).
Le bouchon d'évent, fourni avec
chaque variateur, doit être posi-
tionné comme indiqué dans les
schémas (D04 - D05).
Ne pas mélanger huiles
de nature différente.
