DATA LOADING/UNLOADING
Proceed as follows.
1) On the main menu screen, press the icon to access the
"Data loading/unloading" function.

– load cooking programs or cooking data from a memory
unit external to the oven.
– download cooking programs or cooking data from the
oven to an external memory unit.
– download the HACCP data of cooking only, of the alarms
that have occurred or of both (cooking + alarms).
– Eject the key correctly.
NOTE: To avoid data loss, always press the "Eject
Key" button before removing the USB key.
