INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR USE AND OPERATION
NOTE: Carefully read the hazards mentioned in section "Hazards and safety provi-
sions during use" on page 6.
ATTENTION: Besides being authorised and appropriately documented,and if
necessary,instructed and trained, users,on fi rst usage, have to simulate several operations
to identify the controls and main functions.
WARNING: Use only as intended by the manufacturer and never tamper with any
device to obtain performance levels outside the rated specifi cations.
ATTENTION: Before use, check that the safety devices are properly installed and in
good working order.
ATTENTION: As well as taking care to meet these requirements, users must also
implement all safety regulations and read the description of the controls and the start-up
procedure carefully.
ATTENTION: Immediately report any anomaly or deterioration of the components
and/or parts of the unit and if necessary ask qualifi ed staff to intervene for the inspection
and/or replacement activities.
HAZARD: Fire risk! Do not place foods containing highly fl ammable ingredients (al-
coholbased foods) in the oven. These substances may burst into fl ames and, therefore,
constitute a fi re and explosion hazard. Explosions may cause the door to open suddenly
or even violently.
HAZARD: Fire risk! When using the appliance for the fi rst time, make sure there are
no instruction manuals, plastic bags, or accessories inside the oven.
HAZARD: Burn risk! Do not leave the core probe hanging outside the oven door, as
this could damage the probe and cause hot steam or liquid to escape from the oven during
the cooking process. Always remove the core probe from the food before removing it from
the oven.
HAZARD: Burn risk! If the tray rack trolleys need to be moved while in use, always
make sure the containers are secured properly. Close the containers holding liquids so that
no hot liquid can spill out.
HAZARD: Injury risk! When loading and unloading the tray rack trolley, apply the
wheel lock brake.
HAZARD: Injury risk! Tray rack trolleys may tip over when wheeled along uneven
surfaces or when crossing the threshold of a door.
HAZARD: Burn risk! When containers are full of liquid or will be fi lled with liquid dur-
ing the cooking process, the user must be able to see inside each container. Do not place
any racks above eye level.

NOTE: The manufacturer recommends using the oven above 250°C only when strict-
ly necessary and for short periods of time, not to reduce the life of your equipment.
