SERVICING
INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR THE MANUAL CLEANING OF THE APPLIANCE
WARNING: When manually cleaning and sanitising the appliance with detergents, wear
personal protection equipment (gloves, masks, goggles, etc.) as required by the applicable
health and safety legislation.
WARNING: Clean all parts which may come into direct or indirect contact with foods, and
all the surrounding areas, with care in order to maintain hygiene and protect foods from all forms
of contamination.
WARNING: Manual cleaning must be done exclusively with food-approved detergents.
Strictly never use corrosive or fl ammable products, or products which contain substances harm-
ful to people's health.
WARNING: If fatty food or meat is frequently cooked, the Manufacturer recommends us-
ing the "FGX Filter" accessory, which should be cleaned in the dishwasher at the end of each day.
HAZARD: Fire risk! If the appliance is not cleaned or not cleaned thoroughly, grease or
remnants of food which have accumulated inside the oven may start to burn.

WARNING: Before starting any cleaning operation, always turn off the gas supply tap, cut
off the electricity supply using the master switch and allow the appliance to cool.
The precautions which follow are also important.
1) Always take the greatest care when handling detergents.
2) Spray only small amounts of detergent.
3) Never spray detergent onto excessively hot surfaces.
4) Never spray detergent at people or animals.
5) Follow the instructions provided on the detergent pack and in the technical information.
6) Clean all parts of the appliance with warm water, food-approved detergents and non-abrasive
materials only.
WARNING: Never use products containing substances harmful or hazardous for health
(solvents, petroleum spirits, etc.).
WARNING: Do not use cleaning products that contain abrasives or chlorine-based sub-
stances, such as sodium hypochlorite (bleach), hydrochloric acid (muriatic acid), or other solu-
tions: these products corrode stainless steel quickly and irreversibly.
WARNING: For the cleaning of the fl oors placed under the equipment or in the vicinity, do
not use in the most absolute way the products listed above, to avoid that the vapors or possible
drops can produce similar destructive eff ects on the steel.
7) Rinse surfaces with drinking water and dry.
8) Do not use pressurised water jets.
9) Take special care not to damage stainless steel surfaces. In particular, avoid the use of corrosive prod-
ucts and do not use abrasive materials or sharp tools.
10) Remove food residues immediately before they set.
11) Remove the limescale deposits which may form on some of the appliance's surfaces.
