When decommissioning the appliance, watch out for the following hazards and provide for the coun-
termeasures indicated below:

Countermeasures
• Disable the power supply
before removing the pro-
tections
• Prevent the appliance from
being powered accidentally.
• Ensure that there is no voltage
• Before commissioning the
appliance, check that all
electric connections are not
damaged
• Use a power supply cable
with the specifi cations indi-
cated in section "Electrical
connection" of the installa-
tion manual.
• Before appliance commis-
sioning, check that electri-
cal connections are securely
fi xed
• Before commissioning, make
sure that the appliance and
its metal accessories are con-
nected to a system for equi-
potential bonding
Countermeasures
• Operations to the electric
system may be carried out
by authorised and qualifi ed
staff only, in accordance
with the relevant applica-
ble laws.
• Specialist procedure
