USE AND OPERATION
USE OF WASHING PROGRAMS
– Standard cleaning: Cleaning program recommended for
dealing with very stubborn residues (e.g.: after convection
cooking of meat with high fat content, such as chickens,
roasts, etc.).
– Medium cleaning: Cleaning program recommended for
dealing with stubborn residues (e.g.: after convection
cooking of meat and/or fi sh).
– Basic cleaning: Cleaning program recommended for
dealing with easily removed residues (e.g.: after mixed or
convection cooking up to 150°C).
– Soft cleaning: Cleaning program recommended for re-
moving small amounts of residue (e.g.: after steam cook-
ing).
– Standard descaling: For removing limescale deposits
diffi cult to remove from the cooking chamber.
– Medium descaling: For removing limescale deposits
easy to remove from the cooking chamber.
– Rinse and Flash Rinse: For rinsing the cooking chamber
without using detergent.
NOTE: For all washing programmes, except for
the standard Descaling, Medium, Rinse and Flash Wash-
ing, the "Eco Mode" and/or "Expresso Mode" (demi-
automatic washes only) may be enabled/disabled by
means of the dedicated icon.
NOTE:
– The "Eco Mode" function lowers the temperatures in the
cooking chamber during the cycle and slightly lengthens
the times with energy saving.
– The "Express Mode" function skips the entire pre-wash
phase for immediate insertion of the detergent, reducing
the total time of the selected wash by about 20 minutes.
IMPORTANT: Using products with a diff erent
composition and/or in higher quantity than the one in-
dicated may damage the appliance. The residues re-
leased may contaminate food.
Failure to observe the instruction of use of the products
will invalidate the warranty and result in no manufac-
turer's liability for damage to people or things.

ATTENTION: Use the detergent and descaler sup-
plied by the oven manufacturer for the best cleaning re-

nation of the cooking chamber after washing, as well as
damaging the fi nish of surfaces and reducing the life-
time of oven components.
The chemical composition of the products referred to above
is as follows:
– Detergent: Contains caustic soda with a concentration be-
low 25%.
– Descaling: with an acid base with a concentration below
