SERVICING
If the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy period, proceed as follows.
1) Turn off the gas supply tap.
2) Turn off the water supply tap.
3) Cut off the mains electricity supply using the appliance's master switch.
4) Clean the appliance and the surrounding areas thoroughly.
5) Spread a fi lm of edible oil over the stainless steel surfaces.
6) Carry out all the servicing procedures.
7) Cover the appliance and leave a few gaps to allow air to circulate.
NOTE: Carefully read the hazards mentioned in section "Hazards and safety provisions dur-
ing servicing" on page 7.
Keep the appliance at peak effi ciency by carrying out the scheduled servicing procedures recommend-
ed by the manufacturer. Proper servicing will allow the best performance, a longer working life and
constant maintenance of safety requirements.
WARNING: All maintenance work that requires precise, technical expertise or particular
skills or qualifi cations for legal reasons,should be carried out by suitably trained and/or qualifi ed
staff and in any case with recognised experienced gained in the specifi c fi eld of intervention.
In particular, turn off the gas and water supply taps, cut off the electricity supply using the master
switch and prevent access to all devices that might cause unexpected health and safety hazards
if turned on.
At the end of each session of use :
– Clean the condensation collection tank (see page 43);
– Clean the cooking chamber (see page 42);
– Check the air fi lter located under the appliance and clean it if it is dirty or obstructed ( see pag. 43)
– Make sure that the combustion air intake is not obstructed or dirty, and, if necessary, remove the
obstruction and clean it (see "installation manual")
– Clean the appliance and the surrounding environment (see page 41).
WARNING: Clean the air fi lter under the equipment at least once a month.
WARNING: At least once every 6 months or, if meat or greasy foods are cooked frequently,
every 2 months clean the vent (see page 35) .
Every year, have skilled, authorised personnel carry out the following operations:
– A check on the gas pressure and system tightness
– A check on the effi ciency of the fl ues and air intakes, cleaning them if necessary.
– Check the tightness of the gaskets of the heat exchanger and replace them if necessary.
– Check the position and integrity of the heat exchanger while paying particular attention to the
correct position of the terminals on the top of the oven.
– Check that the ignition plugs are working properly (and replace them if necessary, (see "installa-
tion manual") and that the power supply cable is intact.
– Check the tightness of the seals of the ignition plugs , the inspection window and the combus-
tion air fan.
– Check the carbon monoxide (CO) and carbon dioxide (CO2) values in the exhaust gases.
– Cleaning of the water intake fi lter (see "installation manual").
– General check of the appliance.
– Identify and change worn parts
IMPORTANT: Record the yearly inspections.
