Check the throttle control motor (P. 4-10).
Check the harness connecting the throttle control motor and
inverter unit for open or short circuit and for proper
connection.

Check the harness connecting the inverter unit and GCU for
open or short circuit and for proper connection.
Wire harness check points
INVERTER
UNIT
Check the inverter unit, replace if necessary (P. 6-2).
After replacing the inverter unit, turn the ignition switch OFF
and then restart the engine and check the error code. If the
same error occurs, replace the GCU (P. 6-6).
