• FLYWHEEL REMOVAL
1) Holding the flywheel with the crank pulley holder, 47 mm
loosen the 16 mm special nut.
TOOL:

2) Remove the flywheel using the flywheel puller.

• FLYWHEEL INSTALLATION
1) Clean off oil or grease from the taper of the crankshaft and
tapered hole in the flywheel.
Install the woodruff key on the crankshaft and then install
the flywheel.
2) Apply oil to the threads of the 16 mm special nut.
Holding the flywheel with the crank pulley holder, 47 mm
tighten the 16 mm special nut.
TORQUE: 113 N . m (11.5 kgf . m, 83 lbf . ft)
