AD INTERFERIRE CON LA TORRETTA O
LA ZAVORRA PROVOCANDO DANNI
MECCANICI ALLA MACCHINA E PERICOLO
PER L'OPERATORE.
- Ultimata la procedura di alloggiamento
del cestello nell'apposita sella, commutare
la chiave rif. N Fig. 13 in posizione "0",
toglierla e rimetterla nella cassetta di
sicurezza Fig. 14.
NON DIMENTICARE DI SOSTITUIRE IL VETRO
ROTTO.
- Destabilizzare il carrello e portare il cestello
nel luogo di utilizzo.
Su gomme i soli movimenti idraulici
possibili dalla cabina sono :
-
Sollevamento
braccio
telescopico
carrello fino a 2,50 m circa.
- La discesa braccio telescopico carrello.
- Rientro braccio telescopico carrello.
- Brandeggio all'indietro del TS (Al di sotto
di 2,5 m).
- Rotazione torretta.
- Rientro colonna telescopica cestello
(solo cestello a pendolo rotante).
- Rotazione in senso antiorario del 2°
braccio del cestello (solo cestello a
pendolo rotante).
- Discesa del 2° braccio del cestello.
- Discesa e salita stabilizzatori.
PRIMA DI SALIRE SUL CESTELLO A PENDOLO
ROTANTE PER OPERARE SIA AL DI SOPRA
CHE AL DI SOTTO DEL PIANO DI APPOGGIO
DELLA MACCHINA STESSA (tipo A o tipo B),
ASSICURARSI CHE LA COLONNA TELESCOPICA
SIA IN POSIZIONE VERTICALE (vedi Fig. 15).
E' PROIBITO L'UTILIZZO DEL CESTELLO

Sollevare il cestello dal suolo e condurre il
carrello sul luogo d'utilizzo del cestello.
TAKE CARE TO MAKE SURE THE BASKET
LA
DOES NOT INTERFERE WITH THE TURRET
OR THE BALLAST, CAUSING MECHANICAL
DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE AND HARM
TO THE OPERATOR.
- Having completed the procedure for
housing the basket in its seat, turn key N
Fig. 13 to position "0", remove and put it
back in the safety box Fig. 14.
REMEMBER TO REPLACE THE BROKEN
GLASS.
- Destabilise the truck and bring the basket
to the place where it is to be used. On
wheels the only hydraulic movements
possible from the cab are:
- Raising truck telescopic boom up to
about 2.50 m.
- Truck telescopic boom descent.
- Truck telescopic boom retraction.
- Slewing TS backwards (Below 2.5 m).
- Turret rotation.
- Basket telescopic column retraction
(only rotating swinging basket).
- Anticlockwise rotation of 2nd boom of
basket (only rotating swinging basket).
- Basket 2nd boom descent.
- Stabilisers descent and ascent.
BEFORE GETTING INTO THE ROTATING
SWINGING BASKET FOR WORKING EITHER
ABOVE OR BELOW THE SURFACE ON WHICH
THE VEHICLE IS STANDING (type A or type B),
MAKE SURE THAT THE TELESCOPIC COLUMN
IS IN THE VERTICAL POSITION (See Fig. 15).
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE ROTATING SWINGING
BASKET IF THE TELESCOPIC COLUMN IS NOT
VERTICAL!!!
Lift the basket off the ground and drive
the truck to the place where the basket is
to be used.

- Une fois la procédure de positionnement
du panier dans la selle terminée,
commuter la clé rif. N Fig. 13 dans la
position "0", la retirer et la remettre dans
le coffret de sécurité Fig. 14.
NE PAS OUBLIER DE REMPLACER LA VITRE
CASSÉE.
- Rentrer les stabilisateurs du chariot et
placer le panier dans le lieu d'utilisation.
Sur roues à pneumatiques les mouvements
hydrauliques possibles depuis la cabine
sont :
- Le soulèvement du bras télescopique
- La descente du bras télescopique du
- La rentrée du bras télescopique du
- L'inclinaison en arrière du TS (au dessous
- Rotation tourelle.
- La rentrée de la colonne télescopique
- La rotation anti-horaire du 2e télescope
- La descente du 2e télescope du panier.
- La descente et la montée des

LA NACELLE PENDULAIRE ET ROTATION
POUR TRAVAILLER SOIT AU-DESSUS SOIT
AU-DESSOUS DU PLAN D'APPUI DE LA
MACHINE (type A ou type B), S'ASSURER
QUE LA COLONNE TELESCOPIQUE SOIT EN
POSITION VERTICALE (voire Fig. 15).
IL EST INTERDIT D'UTILISER LA NACELLE
PENDULAIRE SI LA COLONNE TELESCOPIQUE
N'EST PAS EN POSITION VERTICALE!!!
Décoller la nacelle du sol et amener le
chariot à l'endroit de son utilisation.
