13 Dismantling / fi tting the brake cylinders
13 Démontage / montage des cylindres de frein
[13] Release the parking brake. Unscrew the nut (3)
on the spindle (4) and remove it.
[14] Remove the washer (5) from the spindle (4).
[15] Turn the spindle (4) through 90° and remove it
from the brake cylinder (410, 411).
[16] Refi t the bung (1) in the end cover and fi t the
spindle (4) with the nut (3) and a washer (5) onto
the brake cylinder (410, 411).
[17] Connect and secure split pin (2) respectively
protection cap with thread.
In other versions, screw in the spring-type
actuator bolt up to the stop and tighten it.
Tightening torque:
M = 40 Nm (30 - 50 Nm).
Warning!
The spring-loaded brake does
not function if the spring brake
screw is not released.

[13] Desserrer le frein de stationnement. Desserrer et
dévisser l'écrou (3) sur la broche (4).
[14] Retirer la rondelle (5) de la broche (4).
[15] Sortir la broche (4) du cylindre de frein (410, 411)
en la tournant de 90°.
[16] Obturer l'alésage avec le bouchon fi leté (1) et
monter la broche (4) avec l'écrou (3) et une
rondelle (5) interposée dans le cylindre de frein
(410, 411).
[17] Introduire la goupille fendue (2) et la bloquer, ou
le cas échéant visser le capuchon.
Pour les autres types d'exécution, visser la vis
du vase à ressort jusqu'en butée et la serrer.
Couple de serrage :
M = 40 Nm (30 - 50 Nm).
Avertissement !
Le frein à ressort accumulateur
ne peut pas fonctionner si la vis
n'est pas bien serrée.
Remarque en cas de réparation !
Contrôler le fonctionnement et
l'action du système de freinage !
