11 Replacing bellows

Repair guide!
Do not damage the bellow (363) on
top of the tappet when fi tting into
the brake caliper.
Special caution must be paid to
the retaining clip of the dirt seal
(arrow).
[11] Put the bellow (363) into the position in the dust
cover of the caliper manually and center it (even
positioning).
[12] Apply the mounting tool (BPW no.
02.0130.80.10) for the bellows (363) between
bellow and tappet with dirt seal.
[13] Press in the bellows by hand up to the stop
collar, if necessary using light blows (with a
plastic mallet) to help in the process. Ensure
the coarse dirt seal (365) is not damaged in this
process!
Repair guide!
The ring area of the mounting tool
must strike against the bottom plate
of the caliper without any gap.
Remarque en cas de réparation !
Attention de ne pas endommager
les souffl ets (363) en les engageant
dans l'étrier, particulièrement au
contact avec le clip de fi xation du
joint antisalissures (fl èche).
[11] Engager les souffl ets (363) manuellement dans
leur logement dans la tôle de couverture et les
centrer (position droite).
[12] Placer l'outil de montage (BPW Nr.
02.0130.80.10) pour les souffl ets (363) entre
le souffl et et la pièce de pression avec le joint
anti-salissures.
[13] Pousser sur le souffl et à la main jusqu'à la
butée, si nécessaire en appliquant de légers
coups (marteau en plastique). Ne pas endom-
mager à cette occasion le joint de protection
contre les saletés grossières !
Remarque en cas de réparation !
La surface de la bague de
l'outillage doit buter sans jeu à
la tôle de fermeture !
