size and type.
The actual weight of all HDP motors is shown on the rating plate.

1.4 Installation and commissioning
WARNING:
1.4.1 General
All rating plate values must be carefully checked to ensure that the motor protection and connection will be properly
done.
Remove transport locking if employed. Turn the shaft of the motor by hand to check free rotation, if possible.

Disconnect and lock out before working on the motor or the driven equipment.
FREE ROTATION OF THE SHAFT IS NOT APPLICABLE TO MOTORS EQUIPPED WITH A
BRAKE.
