2.2 EXPLANATION OF ICONS AND SYMBOLS

A sticker with warning symbols as shown in Figure 7 must be present on the CW quick coupler. Table 5 explains
the meaning of these symbols.

Warning.
Important information to take into account or instructions regarding safety or damage
prevention are marked with this warning symbol.
Read and understand this manual before using the CW quick coupler, or carrying out
maintenance or repairs on it.
Wear all required personal protective equipment whenever working with or on the CW quick
coupler.
Danger of crushing, hazard due to moving or rotating parts.
Nobody may come within a radius of 10 metres of the machine when the CW quick coupler is
being used.
Possible hot surface due to hot hydraulic hoses or pipes.
