Radiatore raff reddamento motore

Attenzione!
Prima di eff ettuare il controllo del liquido di raff reddamento e/o la manu-
tenzione del radiatore attendere il raff reddamento del motore.
Ogni 40 ore controllare il livello del liquido di raff reddamento motore mediante la
vaschetta di espansione 3. il giusto livello e al centro della vaschetta.

Attenzione!
Se il liquido di raff reddamento all'interno della vaschetta 3 è troppo basso
verifi care che la macchina sia spenta se così non fosse spegnerla e atten-
dere il raff reddamento del motore. quindi rabboccare la vaschetta fi no a
raggiungere il livello giusto.
Quando la macchina lavora in ambienti molto polverosi con le spazzole laterali,
controllare soventemente che il radiatore 9 del liquido motore non sia intasato.

Attenzione!
Un radiatiore motore sporco causa facilmente un surriscaldamento, per-
tanto. Lavare almeno una volta alla settimana, con un pennello e gasolio le
alette della massa radiante del radiatore.
Fare attenzione che se si accende la spia 12 (fi g. 2), signifi ca che c'è un eccessivo
rialzo della temperatura del liquido raff reddamento motore. Pertanto provvedere
immediatamente al controllo delle alette radiatore motore, operando nel seguente
modo:
1.
Togliere il coperchio sinistro 10 di ispezione motore.
2.
Aprire la griglia anteriore 11 ruotando il logo.
3.
Se le alette sono intasate, soffi are con aria compressa dal lato posteriore
radiatore 9, cercando di staccare la polvere che si è formata.
4.
Se tale operazione non è effi cace, utilizzando un pennello curvo e gasolio,
poi pulire le alette dalla parte anteriore radiatore e asciugare con getto
d'aria.

Attenzione!
Se la causa dell'accensione della spia 12 (fi g.2) non è il radiatore, verifi care:
•
Il livello del liquido di raff reddamento motore.
•
Eventuali difetti di funzionamento, dell'elettrovalvola carburante, del
relè elettrovalvola carburante, del bulbo temperatura acqua.

Engine cooling radiator
!
Caution!
Wait for the engine to cool down before checking the coolant and/or car-
rying out maintenance operations on the radiator.
Check the engine coolant level through the expansion tank 3 every 40 hours. The
correct level is in the middle of the tank.
!
Caution!
If the coolant level inside tank 3 is too low, check that the machine is swi-
tched off and wait for the engine to cool down, then top up the tank until
reaching the proper level.
When the machine is operating in a very dusty area using the side brushes, check
the engine radiator 9 regularly to make sure that it is not obstructed.
!
Caution!
A dirty engine radiator may easily cause overheating, therefore clean
the fi ns of the radiator body with a brush and diesel fuel at least once
a week.
Check that the indicator light 12 (fi g. 2) has not gone on indicating that the tempe-
rature of the engine coolant is too high. In that case check the radiator fi ns imme-
diately operating as follows:
1.
Remove the left side cover 10 for engine inspection.
2.
Open the front grill 11 by turning the RCM Logo.
3.
If the fi ns are obstructed, blow compressed air from the back of the radia-
tor 9 to remove the dust.
4.
Should the above operation not be eff ective, clean the fi ns with a curved
brush and oil from the front of the radiator. Dry with an air jet.

Caution!
If the radiator is not the reason for indicator light 12 (fi g.2), check the fol-
lowing:
•
The level of the engine coolant.
•
Possible malfunctions of the fuel solenoid valve, fuel solenoid relay
and water temperature sensor.
