Replacement of HERCULES harvesting head teeth
•
Use a hammer to strike the tooth (20) at the tip until it comes off its seat.
•
Insert the new tooth (20) into place, taking care to position the reference planes correctly and making
sure that the plastic notch is flush against the wall of the teeth support (21).
Replacement of ICARUS harvesting head teeth
• Place the teeth support (21) on a vice and hit the tip of the tooth (20) with a hammer until it slides out of its
seat.
• Proceed by inserting the new tooth into place, taking care to position the reference planes correctly and
making sure to butt the plastic notch against the wall of the teeth support.
