Replacement of HOLLY harvesting head teeth
•
Shorten the damaged tooth (20) to 2 cm from the support (21).
•
Use a hammer to strike the tooth (20) at the tip until it comes off its seat.
•
Insert the new tooth into place, taking care to butt the plastic tooth against the wall of the teeth support (21).
7.1.3 LUBRICATION OF JOINING LINKS
This paragraph contains the information and instructions to be observed when carrying out lubrication in the harvesting
heads listed below. For harvesting heads not mentioned in this paragraph, lubrication must be carried out at a CAT (see
paragraph 7.2.1).
Periodically lubricate the connecting links (A) on both sides with a brush.
7.1.4 PRODUCT CLEANING
This paragraph contains the information and instructions to be observed when cleaning the power unit and the harvesting
head.
Periodically check the integrity of the fixed guards and their fixings, paying particular attention to the access
guards to the product mechanics.
