Keep the power unit and harvesting head clean using a cloth or brush.
Do not spray or immerse in water.
Do not use cleaning agents that could permanently damage them.
Pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the slits on the power unit, which have the function of circulating air inside
the power unit for motor cooling.
7.1.5 END-OF-WORK MAINTENANCE
After use, or in the case of long periods of inactivity, it is prescribed to:
•
Follow the procedure for shutting down and securing the tool, indicated above.
•
Remove harvesting residues from the head and clean the ventilation grilles of the power unit. Reassemble and clean
the tool perfectly.
•
Follow all the maintenance instructions in the manual.
7.2 SPECIALIST OR EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Extraordinary maintenance operations must be carried out by a mechanical or electrical maintenance
technician depending on the activity to be performed.
CAUTION
Prior to any extraordinary maintenance activity, it is mandatory to secure the product, specifically:
•
Put on puncture/cut-proof protective gloves.
•
Switch the tool off with the ON/OFF switch at the OFF position.
•
Disconnect the power cable from the tool.
CAUTION
Any extraordinary maintenance other than that indicated (replacement of control keypad, power cable, motor,
circuit board, etc.) must be carried out at a CAT.
7.2.1 CLEANING AND LUBRICATION OF HARVESTING HEADS
Remove the cover by unscrewing the screws (A).
Remove dust and impurities that have penetrated inside the head.
Check the condition of the bushings (B)
