DISPOSAL OF EXHAUST MATERIALS
The product in its normal operation does not lead to environmental contamination, but during the entire period of
use, certain types of waste or exhausted materials are nevertheless produced under particular conditions (e.g.
grease/oil from lubrication of mechanical parts or plastic parts that may have come into contact with them) that
require proper disposal.
There are specific regulations in every country about environmental protection, including how to dispose of these
materials. The Customer must be aware of the laws in force in their country and operate in compliance with these
laws and the instructions provided in the technical data sheets of the products used.
CAUTION
Please remember to comply with the laws in force regarding the disposal of mineral oils and/or products with
which they have come into contact.

The steps employed in the disposal of toxic waste including the collecting, transporting, processing (transformation for
recycling), as well as the depositing and the dumping onto the ground are all usual activities of common interest and
are subject to the following general principles:
a) Any risks of injuries or dangers for the health and safety of any individual and of the community have to be avoided.
b) Compliance with any and all hygienic-sanitary requirement and avoidance of any air, water, ground and
underground pollution have to be guaranteed.
c) Compliance with efficient and economical principles in order to save and recycle energy and materials shall be
promoted.

INDICATIONS FOR SPECIAL WASTE
Special waste is that deriving from industrial processes as well as from materials of dismantled equipment and
deteriorated and obsolete machinery.
The special (also toxic and harmful) waste producers shall provide for its disposal directly or through qualified, authorised
companies or bodies, or shall deliver them to public service after having made an agreement.
When disposing of special waste, check with the relevant local government authority for any available information
regarding such waste disposal in your region.
CAUTION
Any unauthorised disposal by the owner of a product is followed by the application of the sanctions due to the
regulations in force.
