While the product is in use, the lubricating grease spray indicated below must be used, which is prescribed by the
manufacturer and can be purchased separately.

Characteristics of the adhesive/sealant used
The sealant data sheets in this section only contain the main technical characteristics required for purchase, but not
the safety information related to its use.
Before use, request the 'product safety data sheet' from the manufacturer, which can also normally be found on the
supplier's website.
The manufacturer prescribes the use of LOCTITE adhesive/sealant. The adhesive enables maintenance personnel to
prevent persistent equipment failures that cause unscheduled downtime. For further technical details see the Loctite
data sheet available on the supplier's website.

7.4 STORING THE TOOL
Before storing the tool for a long period, it is advisable to:

Clean and grease the head (2) at a Service Centre Authorised by the Manufacturer.
•
Do not leave the tool in the rain when idle. Put it back in its packaging and store it in a dry place.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Troubleshooting can only be carried out by trained personnel who have understood the instructions in this manual and
the accompanying documentation.
Situations that can lead to a failure are normally attributable to a lack of or poor maintenance or a failure of some
mechanical and/or electrical/electronic component of the tool or a situation related to the product being handled.
The following table lists possible faults that can occur on the tool. The "Cause" column shows the cause of the fault
condition.
The "Solution" column shows the corrective action to resolve the fault situation that has occurred.
The manual and/or documentation of the component/equipment must be consulted for a diagnosis of the problems with
the trade equipment supplied.
