CAUTION
If there is no symbol of the crossed dustbin on the machine, it means that its Manufacturer is not in charge of
its disposal. In this case the regulations in force about waste disposal apply.
CAUTION
IMPORTANT USER INFORMATION ACCORDING TO THE "WEEE" DIRECTIVE 2012/19/UE (REPEALING
DIRECTIVE 2002/96/EC AND DIRECTIVE 2003/108/EC) ON WASTE ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC
EQUIPMENT.
In compliance with the Directive 2012/19/EU on WEEE any bought
element/equipment marked with the symbol of the crossed dustbin means that it
has to be collected, at the end of its working life, separately from other waste.
The separate collection of the element/equipment, at the end of its working life, shall be managed by the
Manufacturer. Users who wish to dispose of this equipment will have to contact the manufacturer and follow the
system put in place in order to collect the device at the end of its service life.
The adequate separate collection and the following processing and eco-friendly disposal avoid negative effects
on health and the environment and allow recycling and/or reuse of the materials the equipment is made of.

SAFETY DEVICES APPLIED TO THE PRODUCT
The product is equipped with the following safety devices.

4.12.1 FIXED PROTECTIONS
Fixed protections consist of fixed guards and/or characterisations installed on the product, whose function is to
prevent access to internal parts or moving parts during the operating cycle. With the exclusion of the tool area
(e.g. cutting blade/ harvesting head/ chain, etc.) where it is not possible to have guards because of the specific
functionality of the equipment.
Placed in restricted access areas during maintenance, they require specific tools for their removal.
Fixed protections are the protective shells of the product's mechanics.
DANGER
It is absolutely forbidden to operate the product, following maintenance, without properly reinstalling the
fixed guards, as well as to use it without them.
It is strictly forbidden to tamper with the product by attempting, by any means, to circumvent a fixed
protection by taking advantage of possible indirect passages due to but failed or partial repositioning of
protections or where all fixing screws have not been repositioned as originally intended by the
manufacturer.
