Cause
- Wheel's nut has loosened
- Screws on brakes disk have loosened

- Air bubbles in the hydraulic braking system
- Liquid leaks in the hydraulic braking system

- Compensating holes on pump are clogged

- Broken return spring
- Shoes control pin is not oiled
This component requires constant care and diligent servicing. Make sure that the liquid is completely covering the plates;
if not, top up to the right level using distilled water (never use natural water even if it is drinkable). If the vehicle is not used
for a certain period of time (1 month or longer), it is necessary to recharge the battery from time to time. The battery tends
to run down completely in about three months. When placing the battery on the motorcycle, mind not to invert the con-
nections: connect the black earth cable to the negative terminal and the red cable to the terminal marked +.

- Check if there are any damages and reset the correct tor-
que.

INEFFICIENT OR NOISY BRAKING
- Replace the brake or shoes pads and check the brake
disk or drum conditions.
- Adjust the slack on the provided register.
- Bleed carefully the hydraulic braking system (the elastic
action of the brake's lever should not be sensed).
- Worn union and gaskets. Replace.
BRAKES OVERHEATING
- Check the caliper, replace if necessary.
- Clean well and blow compressed air.
REAR LEVER DOES NOT RETURN
- Replace.
- Lubricate.
