Intermediary anchor (page 3, item E)
"Important": Intermediary anchors must be installed
in sufficient numbers to ensure no interval between
anchors, from one end to the other of the lifeline, is
greater than fifteen meters.
travspring™ (E1)
With its original design, the travspring™ intermediary
anchor allows each operator to cross it using their PPE
connector without having to unhook from the lifeline.
• Material: Cupro aluminium
• Net weight: 510 g
travspring™ One (E2/E3)
The travspring™ One intermediary anchor enables the
cable to be picked up again. To cross the intermediary
anchor, the operator must use a double lanyard.
Intermediary anchors are of 2 types:
– For mounting on steel or concrete support (E2),
– For mounting on post (E3)�

travsmart (E4/E5)
With its original design, the travsmart intermediary
anchor allows each operator to cross it freely without
having to unhook from the lifeline or adjust the slider

Intermediate anchors are of 2 types:
– For mounting on the floor, wall and post (E4)
– For mounting on the underside (E5)�
Depending on the type of fixing, the intermediary
anchor can be indexed in relation to the bracket in 45°
steps in order to obtain an optimal crossing of the slider.
For mounting on the floor, wall and post, angles are 90°
respectively; 135°; 90°.
For mounting on the underside (E5) the recommended
angle is 225°, an angle of 180° is also possible if the fall
arrest system is relatively heavy such as during the use
of a retractable steel cable fall protection in compliance
with EN 360.
The travsmart intermediate anchors consist of four
parts:
1) An intermediate anchor,
2) A mounting bracket is for mounting on the floor, wall
and post (E4) or for mounting on the underside (E5),
3) One HM 12×45 screw,
4) One lock nut.
