MAINTENANCE WORK

Only regular and professional maintenance can ensure optimal and safe use of the bicycle. The follow-
ing work must be performed in the scope of maintenance according to the intervals indicated in the
maintenance plan.
We recommend having them performed by a specialist using suitable tools.
TYRES
Profile depth, air pressure, check for porosity & damage, clean, correct air pressure if necessary or ex-
change
WHEEL | RIM
Attachment, rim wear, concentricity, check bearing for play, rim for height/side stop, retighten, adjust or
replace as necessary
SPOKES
Check spoke tension, retighten if necessary or replace damaged spokes
BRAKE SYSTEM
Check setting, wear, function and tightness of brake tubes, oil moving parts and bearings of the brake
components and brake bowden pulls, adjust if necessary, replace worn or defective brake components
LIGHTING | REFLECTORS
Check setting, function, cable/plug connections, adjust or replace if necessary
HANDLEBAR | STEM
Check setting and tight fit, clean, adjust if necessary
STEERING HEAD BEARING
Check setting, function, smooth movement and play, grease, adjust if necessary or replace
SADDLE | SEAT POST
Set, check tight fit, clean, check suspended seat post for play and regrease, grease seat post tube and
adjust if necessary, retighten or replace
