OPERATE THE DRIVE SYSTEM
The drive system assists you whilst pedalling with additional motor power up to a maximum speed of 25
km/h. If you stop pedalling whilst riding, the motor switches off automatically after a short delay.

maximum motor assistance
The higher the selected assistance level, the greater the motor assistance. The speed to be reached de-
pends to a large extent on various factors, such as:
- total weight (including rider and luggage),
- tyre pressure,
- gradient or incline,
- condition of the ground,
- wind conditions.
For systems with mid-mounted motor, the maximum assisted speed also depends on the gear engaged.
The higher the engaged gear, the higher the assisted speed by the mid-mounted motor.
DRIVING BEHAVIOUR WITH MOTOR ASSISTANCE
The driving behaviour of an e-bike with active motor assistance is sometimes very different from that of
a bicycle.
You should therefore adapt the assistance level of the motor to the outside environment (e.g. road sur-
face, traffic density, surface conditions), the speed and your own capabilities. For example, use either a
low level of assistance or no assistance at all when driving into tight bends or when driving at a slow
speed.
PUSHING AID
With the pushing aid you can accelerate the e-bike up to a speed of no more than 6 km/h without any
pedal movement.
