DANGER OF ACCIDENT!
• Ensure before every ride and after setting that the handlebar, the screws of the
handle attachment, the closure mechanics and the handlebar quick clamp are
WARNING!
fitted tightly!
• The handlebar must not be inclined at straight rides.
• Do not put any carrying bags on the handlebar for transporting objects, since
this may impair the riding performance. Instead, only use commercial bicycle
baskets or handlebar bags.
RIGID HANDLEBAR STEM
In a rigid handlebar step, the handlebar can be adjusted for height, position and inclination angle de-
pending on version.
SETTING THE POSITION AND HEIGHT

• The stem must not be pulled out beyond the maximum mark of the handlebar
shaft! The mark of the minimum insertion depth on the handlebar shaft must not

1. Loosen the clamp screw
2. Set the handlebar or stem position and height.
3. Tighten the clamp screw
specification (s. chapter Torque specifications).
SETTING THE HANDLEBAR INCLINATION
1. Loosen the clamp spindle screw

2. Adjust the inclination angle of the handlebar.
3. Turn the handlebar attachments (e.g. brake lever) back to the star-
ting position.
4. Tighten the clamp spindle screw
que specification (s. chapter Torque specifications).
