SETTING MODE

Activate the setting mode as follows:

The setting mode allows you to make the following settings:
TRIP | RESET Reset the distance cyclometer (yes = reset)
BL Set the display brightness (1­3)
PROKEY* Switch proKey function on/off (yes = on / no = off)
TRIP RESET→ BL → PROKEY*

DANGER OF DAMAGE!
• Do not use the USB charging socket when it is wet or while it is raining or snow­
ing, as this may damage the connected device or e­bike. In this case, the USB
WARNING!
port must be completely closed with the protective cap.
• Be sure to read the operating instructions of the device you want to connect to
the USB charging socket. In this way you avoid operating errors (e.g. when con­
necting), which may also lead to damage.
• Only use standard­compliant USB cables and cable/adapter combinations, as
otherwise the connected device or the USB charging socket may be damaged.
Plugging in the USB cable may also not be possible otherwise.
• Do not apply excessive force to the USB connector or when disconnecting the
USB cable. When plugging in, check that the USB plug is pointing in the right di­
rection and that it is not reversed or bent. Make sure it is fully inserted.
• Do not insert any foreign objects into the USB charging socket.
With the USB charging socket on the LCD display you can operate or charge
most devices that can be powered over USB (e.g. smartphones). The battery of
the e-bike must be inserted and sufficiently charged for this purpose.
SWITCH ON THE USB CHARGING SOCKET
1. Switch off the drive system (see Switch the drive system on/off chapter).
2. Open the protective cap of the USB charging socket on the LCD display
and connect the external device with a USB cable (MicroA/MicroB) (
3. Switch the drive system back on (see Switch the drive system on/off
chapter).
