DANGER OF ACCIDENT!
• Ensure before every ride and after setting that the handlebar, the screws of
the handle attachment, the closure mechanics and the handlebar quick

clamp are fitted tightly!
• The handlebar must not be inclined at straight rides.
• Do not put any carrying bags on the handlebar for transporting objects, sin
ce this may impair the riding performance. Instead, only use commercial bi
cycle baskets or handlebar bags.
RIGID HANDLEBAR STEM
In a rigid handlebar step, the handlebar can be adjusted for height, position and inclination angle
depending on version.

• The stem must not be pulled out beyond the maximum mark of the handle
bar shaft! The mark of the minimum insertion depth on the handlebar shaft

1. Loosen the clamp screw

2. Set the handlebar or stem position and height.
3. Tighten the clamp screw
the torque specification (s. chapter Torque specifications).
SETTING THE HANDLEBAR INCLINATION
1. Loosen the clamp spindle screw
hexagonal socket wrench.
2. Adjust the inclination angle of the handlebar.
3. Turn the handlebar attachments (e.g. brake lever) back to the
starting position.
4. Tighten the clamp spindle screw
ding to the torque specification (s. chapter Torque specifica-
tions).
