Setting up
6.1.
Operating location
⇒ The kiln is not intended for outdoor installation or outside of closed rooms.
⇒ Minimum requirements for the operating location of the kiln:
Sufficient distance of at least 50 cm from walls, other plant and machinery and traffic routes

Traffic routes for kiln maintenance should be generously dimensioned at more than 50 cm.

Floor, ceiling insulation, walls, partitions, cladding etc., must be made of flame-retardant material.

Sufficient distance from flammable objects

Sufficient distance from machines or systems with strong electromagnetic radiation (impairment of the

The switchgear and maintenance areas on the kiln must be freely accessible.

⇒ The kiln:
may only be set up in a well-ventilated room.

must not be operated in rooms with flammable material.

must be set up on a non-flammable surface.

must not be installed in garages, summer houses, covered terraces, balconies or boiler rooms.

⇒ The kiln may only be used in closed rooms without:
potentially explosive areas

fire hazard areas

the possibility of condensation.

⇒ The following requirements for the installation area must be observed:
The installation area must be able to take the load.

The surface must be even (+/- 3 mm).

The surface must be vibration-free and suitable for the static and dynamic loads of the kiln.

⇒ Avoid environmental influences such as loud noise, water or moisture, heavy contamination (especially
dust), acids, alkalis, etc.
⇒ Adequate lighting of the operating location and the work area must be ensured.
