Screw the hexagon bolt in a half-to-full turn.

Retighten the lock nut of the bolt. Hold the bolt with a second tool so that it does not turn again and
the setting is lost.

Use the same adjustment procedure for the second lid stop.

Close the lid carefully.

Close the clamp of the lid catch. The lid and catch must close easily and without great effort.

Check whether the lid rests evenly on the kiln casing.

Tightening the straps on the kiln casing (Fusing)

General safety information
CAUTION
Risk of personal injury and property damage:
Do not overtighten the bolt on the respective strap; otherwise, there is a risk of the strap
tearing out at the rivet on the kiln casing.
NOTE
The bolts can be tightened with either a screwdriver or a spanner.
However, with this type of tensioning, a spanner is best.
