Step Description
Dismounting the kiln main ring
Open the toggle fasteners on the left and

right sides.
With at least two people, carefully lift off
18 the main ring and lay it flat on the
prepared surface.
Finally, there is only the kiln floor on the
19
base frame.
Assembling the kiln
20 Assemble the kiln in reverse order.
Aligning the lid (all Fusing models)
After the kiln has been disassembled and then reassembled, the lid might not rest evenly on the main ring. There
may be a gap between the closed lid and the main ring. It may, therefore, be necessary to realign the insulating
firebricks in the lid.
Attention:
⇒ Pay close attention to the steps described below or, if in doubt, contact your local specialist.
⇒ If, as described below, the stainless steel casing is loosened too much or even detached, the insulating
firebricks can fall out, and the lid becomes unusable.
