Step Description
Have at least one other person hold the
lid. Carefully unhook the three mechanical

tension springs and remove them
completely.
Attention:
If the lid is not opened and closed by at
least 2 people, it will drop uncontrollably
12 from this step onwards. The
manufacturer does not provide any
warranty or guarantee for personal injury
or damage to property!
Removing the lid
Remove the fork head lock on the left
and right on the back of the lid:
1) Pull the protection pin off the bolt.

2) You can then carefully pull the bolt
out of the hinge.
(Warning: Danger of crushing!).
The lid now rests loosely on the kiln

casing.
With at least two people, carefully lift off
the lid, turn it over so the heating
elements are facing up and place the lid,
15 flat top down, on the prepared work
surface. Do not lift the lid by the electrical
box or the external relay cooling element
area.
Place the lid on a smooth, even surface.

Never place the lid vertically on its edge!
