5.4.3. Transporting without a pallet
Lifting the kiln (Fusing)
Note:
These models are also separable (see Section 5.2.4). The kiln casing of the Fusing models consists of several parts,
which are joined together with toggle fasteners.
Lifting the kiln (FE 75 & FE 100 S)

Close the lid and use load restraints.
⇒
Transport the kiln without a pallet by only
lifting it under the kiln casing.
⇒
Carefully guide the tines of the lifting unit
of the industrial truck or hoist under the
kiln casing.
⇒
Drive the industrial truck or move the
hoist under the kiln from the right side
(the side without the electrical box on the
lid).

When lifting, be careful not to damage
the power cable.
⇒
Close the lid.
⇒
Transport the kiln without a pallet by only
lifting it under the kiln casing.
⇒
To do this, pass two lifting straps under
the kiln and lift the straps with the tines of
the lifting unit of the industrial truck or
hoist.

When lifting, be careful not to damage the
power cable and the side-mounted
pressure springs.
⇒
The lifting straps must not put too much
pressure on the lid when lifting.
⇒
These models weigh approximately 160
and 190 kg, respectively, so lifting by a
number of people is not recommended.
