1. Introduction
1.1. Preface
Congratulations!
You have chosen a ROHDE kiln, a branded product that meets the highest demands and places great value on
quality. This kiln is technologically state-of-the-art due to intensive development and high-quality production work.
The result is a fusing kiln with an optimal inner lining and long service life.
These original operating instructions are intended to make it easier for you to use your kiln. For this reason, all the
important information and guidelines you need have been summarised to enable you to operate your kiln easily and
safely.
The basic requirement for safe working is compliance with all safety and handling instructions in this manual.
The images shown in these operating instructions illustrate the functions and may differ in some ways from the
actual product.
1.2. General note on the operating instructions
Read the operating instructions carefully before starting up the kiln.
Make sure that everyone involved in and responsible for the operation of the product described here has carefully
read through and understood these instructions before starting any work.
Keep the operating instructions and the other applicable documents in such a way that:
• they are always accessible to everybody who works on the kiln and
