MONTAGGIO
- Svitare le viti "A".
- Sfilare il coperchio alternatore "B" e relativa flangia
"C".
- Svitare il dado "D" di tenuta del rotore "E".
- Svitare le 3 viti "F" e rimuovere lo statore "G"
unitamente alle flange "H".

- Rimuovere la rondella "I" ed estrarre il rotore "E".
- Eseguire i controlli descritti al cap. 7 sez. 7.
NB. Per evitare smagnetizzazioni inserite nuo-
vamente il rotore nello statore precedentemen-
te smontato.

IMONTAGGIO
- Eseguire le operazioni di smontaggio in ordine inver-
so.

NB. Montare lo statore sul coperchio distribu-
zione tenendo presente la posizione del cavo
"L" che altrimenti non uscirebbe dall'apposito
foro ricavato sul coperchio dell'alternatore "B".

ISASSEMBLY
- Unscrew the screws "A".
- Remove alternator cover "B" and flange "C".
- Unscrew nut "D" responsible for securing rotor "E".
- Unscrew the 3 screws "F" and remove stator "G"
together with flanges "H".
- Remove washer "I" and extract rotor "E".
- Perform the checks described in chap. 7 section 7.
N.B. To avoid the risk of demagnetisation, re-
insert the rotor in the previously removed stator.

EASSEMBLY
- Carry out the disassembly procedures in reverse
order.
N.B. Fit the stator on the timing cover, taking
note of the position of lead "L" which would
otherwise not emerge from the dedicated hole
in the alternator cover "B".
