Procedere al riassemblaggio dello stelo in ordine in-

verso allo smontaggio;
•
Serrare il gambale portaruota in una morsa;
•
Riempire la forcella di olio nuovo nella quantità previ-
sta;
•
Pompare lentamente il tubo portante in modo che l'in-
terno si riempia di olio. Continuare fino a quando, ti-

rando verso l'alto, non sia avvertibile una resistenza
uniforme su tutta la corsa. A questo punto la cartuc-
cia sarà spurgata.
•
Riavvitare il tappo "A" di fig. 08-05 sul tubo portante.

Scaricare tutto l'olio dallo stelo come descritto nel cap.

•
Bloccare il gambale portaruota "A" (fig. 08-08) in mor-
sa e svitare la vite di fondo con una chiave per esa-

goni interni e rimuoverla con la relativa guarnizione;

•
Reassemble the fork leg in reverse order with respect
to the assembly sequence;
•
Clamp the slider in a vice;
•
Fill the fork leg with the required quantity of new oil;
•
Slowly pump the stanchion up and down so that it
fills with oil. Continue this action until uniform
resistance is offered throughout the entire stroke when
the stanchion is pulled upwards. This indicates that
all the air has been bled out of the damper.
•
Refit crown "A" shown in fig. 08-05 on the stanchion.

DISASSEMBLY / OVERHAUL
•
Drain all the oil from the stanchion as described in
chap. 4 Section 8;
•
Clamp slider "A" (fig. 08-08) in a vice, unscrew the
foot screw with an inside hex key and remove the
screw with its seal;
