Sfilare il tubo portante "D" dal gambale portaruota
unitamente all'anello di tenuta "E", scodellino "F",

boccola superiore sul gambale "G", boccola inferiore
"H" sul tubo;
N.B. E' possibile che sfilando il tubo "D" dal
gambale portaruota i particolari "E", "F", "G"
rimangano all'interno del gambale, nel cui caso

sarà necessario rimuoverli successivamente
facendo sempre molta attenzione a non rovina-
re il bordo del gambale e la sede sullo stesso
della boccola superiore "G"

Controllare tutti i particolari rimossi dall'interno del
gambale, in particolare l'anello di tenuta "E" e il

raschiapolvere "B" in quanto sono gli elementi che
garantiscono la tenuta; se alcuni di essi risultassero
danneggiati procedere alla sostituzione;

Controllare la boccola "H" sul tubo portante se dan-
neggiata o usurata, rimuoverla e sostituirla;

•
Remove the stanchion "D" from the slider together
with seal ring "E", cap "F", upper bushing "G" on the
slider and lower bushing "H" on the stanchion;
N.B. While removing stanchion "D" from the
slider, parts "E", "F" and "G" may remain inside
the slider. If so, they must be removed
afterwards, taking care not to damage the rim
of the slider or the seat for upper bushing "G".
•
Check all the parts removed from inside the slider, in
particular seal ring "E" and dust wiper seal "B", since
they are responsible for ensuring an oil-tight seal ; if
damaged, they must be renewed;
•
Check bushing "H" on the stanchion; if damaged or
worn, remove and renew;
