MONTAGGIO COPPA OLIO

Scaricare l'olio dalla coppa
-
Svitare la vite "A", levare il tappo "B", la guarnizione
"C" la molla "D" e il filtro a cartuccia "E";
-
Svitare le viti "F" e levare la coppa olio dal basamento
motore unitamente alla guarnizione "G".
-
Smontare la valvola "H".

IMONTAGGIO
-
Nel rimontare, dopo i relativi controlli e sostituzioni,
invertire l'ordine di smontaggio e sostituire sempre la
guarnizione "G" tra coppa e basamento.
ATTENZIONE
Un errato montaggio della guarnizione provo-
ca il danneggiamento del motore.
Avvitare le viti "F" della coppa osservando un ordine in-
crociato o bloccandone con chiave dinamometrica con
coppia di serraggio di 10 Nm mentre per la vite fissaggio
cartuccia filtrante "A" 25 Nm.
Immettere quindi (dopo aver montato i tappi di scarico
con guarnizioni "I") litri 2 di "AGIP SUPER 4T 15W/50" e
rimontare il tappo di immissione olio ("Z" di fig. 10-00).

Drain the oil from the sump;
-
Unscrew screw "A", remove plug "B", gasket "C" spring
"D" and filter cartridge "E";
-
Unscrew screws "F" and detach the sump from the
crankcase together with gasket "G";
-
Remove valve "H".

EASSEMBLY
-
After performing all the relative checks and replace-
ments, reassemble by performing the disassembly
steps in reverse order; always renew gasket "G" be-
tween sump and crankcase.
WARNING
Incorrect installation of the gasket will result in
damage to the engine.
Fit sump fixing screws "F" in a crosswise pattern and
torque to 10 Nm with a torque wrench; tightening torque
for filter cartridge screw "A" is 25 Nm.
After having fitted the drain plugs with gaskets "I", pour
in 2 litres of "AGIP SUPER 4T 15W/50" oil and refit the
oil filler cap ("Z", fig. 10-00).
