SELECT CUFF SIZE
4. Place the cuff size selection tape around
the urethra where the cuff is to be implanted.
It should fit snugly without constricting the
urethra.
NOTE: Before using the cuff size selection
tape on the urethra, take out the indwelling
catheter.
5. Select the Starter kit that corresponds to
the cuff size selection tape.
NOTE: The cuff size selection tape has
five different bands (or sections) which
represent what VICTO+ cuff size best fits
with the urethra.

6. Once the pouch containing the VICTO+
is opened, place the whole device onto a
sterile tray.
7. Puncture the self-sealing port with a non-
coring needle 25G x 5/8".
NOTE: Do not use a different needle.
8. Begin removing the air from the cuff by
pressing it. Then, clamp (with a covered
haemostat) the white tube that connects
the cuff with the stress relief balloon (SRB).

9. Now, remove the air from the stress relief
balloon (SRB), repeating the previous step.
While pressing this component, clamp
the white tube (using another covered
haemostat) which connects the SRB to the
pump (Figure 5).
10. Repeat the previous step with the
pressure regulating balloon (PRB) and
clamp the clear tube with a covered
haemostat (Figure 6).
11. Press the pump while removing the
needle (Figure 7).
