Bead Presser Installation - SICE S 200 Manuel D'instructions

This lifting point must be used whenever you need to change the position of the
machine. Do not attempt to move the machine until it has been disconnected from the
power and pneumatic supply networks.
The tyre changer weighs over 450 kg (1000 pounds). Do NOT attempt to move the tyre
changer from the pallet without assistance. Use a fork-lift truck or other equipment.
Use the adjustable foot behind the bead breakers' column to balance the
machine properly.
Move the tyre changer to its permanent position and connect electrical and pneumatic
systems. Refer to the section of this manual titled "Electrical and pneumatic connections".

1.5.2. Bead presser installation

1. Remove the fixing ropes from the mounting/demounting head and the bead presser
arm.
2. Loosen SCREW 12 and washer with wrench 19.
Note: If necessary, use wrench 30 to hold the pin still.
3. Pull out the pin
