Pneumatic supply requirements
Make sure that the available pressure and performance of the compressed air system
are compatible with what is necessary for correct machine operation - see the section
"Technical data". For the correct operation of the machine, the pneumatic supply line
must provide a pressure range from a minimum of 8 bar to a maximum of 15 bar.
For correct equipment operation, the air produced must be suitably treated (not
above 5/4/4 according to standard ISO 8573-1).
The pneumatic supply inlet point, in the workshop line,
must be equipped with a pneumatic supply shut-off
relief valve, placed upstream the filter/regulator unit
supplied with the machine (B).
Tools required
- Wrenches: 13mm, 17mm and 22mm
- 5mm Allen keys
- Phillips screwdriver
- Cutter
Removing the machine from the shipping packing
1. Place the sliding block near the place of installation.
2. Remove the carton top.
3. Remove all packing parts.
4. Remove all components (different units) from the pallet.
5. Remove the packing, remove the tyre changer from the packing and extract the
accessories.
6. Remove the fours screws fixing the tyre changer to the pallet.
7. Remove and check all the parts and the tyre changer for any missing or visibly
damaged parts.
8. Remove the tyre changer from the pallet. To remove the machine from the pallet, use
the lifting point shown below.
