3. By operating on the screw located on the top part of the filter unit, adjust the oiler
so that it releases a drop of oil every three strokes of the upper bead breaker cylinder.
It may be necessary to activate the cylinder several times in order to make the oil flow
start.
Top up using ISO HG class oil for pneumatic systems, with a viscosity of ISO VG 32
(e.g. ESSO Febis K32; MOBIL Vacouline Oil 1405; KLUBER AirPress 32
4. Train the operators to use the tyre changer and to perform maintenance.
