Verify that both upper and lower tyre beads and rim bead seat have been properly
lubricated with an approved assembly paste.
Make sure the wheel on which the tyre is fitted is securely clamped on the turntable by
the clamping device.
In addition, make sure that bead presser and bead breakers are in the "out-of-work"
position and away from the working area.
Move the horizontal arm to the wheel centre (all slipped off towards the left)
Lower the vertical arm until it touches the rim, then clamp the arm in this position.
Remove valve rod core if it has not already been removed.
Connect inflation hose to valve rod.
Step down partially on the pedal to inflate the tyre and seal beads with inflation hose.
Frequently stop to check bead seating pressure on gauge.
CAUTION
Proceed with caution to prevent any injuries. Follow the following instructions.
1. Overinflated tyres can explode, producing hazardous flying debris that may result in
an accident.
2. Tyres and rims that do not have the same diameter are "mismatched". Never attempt
to mount or inflate any tyre and rim that are mismatched. For example, never mount a
16" tyre on a 16,5" rim (or vice versa). It is very dangerous. Tyres and rims that do not
