1.5.11. Air pressure

The machine is equipped with an internal pressure limiting valve to minimize the risk
of over inflating the tyre.
1. Never exceed these pressure limitations:
• Supply circuit pressure (from compressor) is 15 bar (220 psi).
• Operating pressure (gauge on regulator) is 10 bar (145 psi).
Bead setting pressure (gauge on hose) is the maximum tyre pressure provided by the
manufacturer.
2. Activate GT air inflation jet (optional) only when sealing bead.
3. Fully bleed air pressure system before disconnecting power supply line or other
pneumatic components. The air is stored in a reservoir (optional) for operating the
inflation jets.

1.6 Additional rim/tyre considerations

Wheels equipped with low pressure sensors or with special use tyre and rim
may require special procedures. Consult wheels and tyre manufacturer's service
manuals.
