The Ballast Ball is a stability ball made with high quality burst resistant material.

MDL stands for Multi-Dimensional Load. Incorporating Multi-Dimensional Load (MDL)
inside the ball enhances the convenience, ease and utility of stability ball training.
The 2-1/2 lbs. of MDL material consists of a specially formulated mixture of dynamic
material that both optimizes the rate of flow (internal shifting of MDL) inside the ball
and provides enhanced audible feedback for lifting and shifting exercises. The MDL
material allows you to dramatically improve the quality of your movements.
The unique six-sided design on the Ballast
allowing you to easily set up proper alignment and positioning for many exercises.
