The following exercises are onl a selection. ou can find more exercises in relevant
literature.
• Wear comfortable sportswear and nonslip athletic shoes.
• Alwa s warm up well before training.
• Adhere to the steps provided here and do not overexert ourself.
• Take breaks of appropriate length between exercises and drink enough fluids.
• Do not train when ou are sick or feel unwell.

regnant women should obtain approval from a ph sician before training.
• Alwa s make sure ou have a straight bod axis and good bod tension.
• Wherever possible, have an experienced ph sical therapist, trainer or E instructor
demonstrate how to correctl do each exercise the first time.
WARMING UP AND STRETCHING
Alwa s take enough time to warm up and cool down before and after training.

Ad ust the length of the suspension trainer for each
exercise as described below
Shorten the suspension trainer as far as possible.
Set the suspension trainer to a medium length b
securing the black ad ustment straps to the orange
double markings sewn into the middle of the belt.
Ad ust the length so that the handles are ust below
our knees.
Extend the straps of the suspension trainer all the
wa so that the handles are approx.
the ground floor.
