3. PREPARING / SETTING UP / MOVING

Setting the pedals
Adjust the pedals (12) to your foot size by adjusting the strap circumference.

Moving
To move the product, lift the rear stabilizer until the wheels on the front stabilizer reach
the floor. You can now move the product to the desired location with the wheels on the
floor.
Leveling
Use the rear stabilizer (4) to level the product if it is not balanced during use.
Setting the training resistance
Turn the knob (30) to adjust the training resistance.
