Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (ca. 375g) mashed ripe bananas – about 3 large
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups (ca. 500ml) vanilla yogurt
1 – 2 tablespoons honey, to taste

Method
1. Combine bananas, lemon juice, yogurt and honey into the ice cream bowl. Set
ice cream maker to desired setting („Frozen Yogurt") and churn.
2. If you don't want to eat the ice cream immediately, transfer the ice cream to a
freezer safe container and store the ice cream for up to 1 week in the freezer.
